“Do you know your Picasso from your Pikachu? Do capital cities come easy to you? Do you have an encyclopaedic knowledge on all things sport related? If you answered an enthusiastic “YES!” to any of the above, then our Quiz Night could be right up your alley. Why not come and pit your wits against the village brainboxes and take the coveted Quiz Winners title? All you need is a team (maximum of 6 quizzers per team), a team name (the funnier the better) and the princely sum of £1.50 per person entry fee. Not only do you get to take part in the quiz, but you also get entry to a raffle to win a bottle of Wine…AND you get subjected to a night of abuse from the quiz master. What more could you possibly want? The Quiz will be held in The Jubilee Hall, the next one is Saturday 11 th November, arrive 7:30pm for an 8:00pm start. And don’t worry, there is a bar so you can drown your sorrows or celebrate your win. So, no more sat in front of the TV shouting out the answers to the questions and saying you could do better, come to the hall and show us what you’re made of, hopefully it won’t be a load of hot air!”
